Starting November 2nd, we will move the 5:30pm Monday night run/walk to Wheeling Jesuit University.
No one runs or walks alone!

DUNK YOUR KICKS!
Dunk Your Kicks and help fight pediatric cancer!
Donate used sneakers and running shoes to the Max Cure Foundation/s “Dunk Your Kicks” campaign. Max Cure will receive up to $1.00 for every pair donated. Money raised will be used to help local low-income & military families with a child battling cancer. Shoes help less fortunate in developing countries afford proper footwear and donations reduce waste in landfills.
Bring your shoes to local races and look for the white box with the orange logo or find Nancy Barry at the races to make your donations. You can also take your used shoes to the following local drop off locations: CentreTown Fitness in Wheeling, Ryan Ferns Healthplex in Benwood, and The Runners Connection in Bellaire.

URGENT GRAND PRIX NOTICE FOR 2015
The Glow for Goal, Debbie Green, and Barkcamp races will not be part of the 2015 Grand Prix Series. With these changes, we will revert back to the 10 point system. Once an entrant accumulates 10 points within their category, they are automatically eligible to attend and receive awards at the annual "Taking Strides Towards Better Health" Grand Prix banquet.
CLUB RACE SHIRTS
Jana placed the initial order for the new race shirts and is planning to order more. The shirts are gender specific tech shirts with a weave type of material. We're told that they run a little small. They are sapphire blue with a silver/gray logo on the front and with the words "Your pace or mine?" on the back. They come in two styles: tank and short sleeve.
